Click “FINISH” to create the application.
Step 6: Enable the App for Users
In the app list, click the name of the app you just created (e.g., urmobo MDM).
If you added a logo in Step 1, it will appear next to the name (this is optional and not required for functionality).

Select “On for everyone” and click “SAVE”.

If you want to enable it for a specific organizational unit, select the desired OU before activating.
Step 7: Complete the Configuration on the Urmobo Portal
Log in to the Urmobo portal with an administrative account.
In the menu, select “Environments”.
In the list of environments, click “Settings” for your environment.
On the “Google SSO” tab, fill in the data previously copied from Google Admin:
- SSO URL
- Entity ID
- Certificate
Click “Save”.
If you want to enforce login exclusively via SSO, check the “SSO Only Login” option in the Settings tab.
Done!
Now your users can authenticate using Google SSO.
Important:
The email address registered in the Urmobo portal must be the same as the one in Azure AD (Entra ID) for the authentication to work correctly.
