To include an application that will be automatically installed during the enrollment process (Urmobo installation on devices), you must first identify the source of the application:
1) Applications from the Play Store
If the application is available on the Play Store, follow the steps below:
Access the Policy associated with the Entity where you want to include the application.
Go to the "Play Store" tab.
Search for the desired app and click "Select" on the details screen.
Then click "Save".
All devices linked to this policy will automatically download and install the application during the installation process.
2) Applications via Installer (APK, CAB, etc.)
To install an application from a local installer (such as an APK file), follow these steps:
Go to the side menu: "Applications > Software Catalog".
Click "Add", select the installer file from your computer, and click "Save".
After registering the installer in the catalog:
Access the Entity where you want to configure automatic installation.
Go to the "Applications" tab.
In the "Applications to Install" field, select the desired installer and click "Add".
Finish by clicking "Save".
Important: This configuration ensures the installer will be applied automatically only to new devices registered on the platform. For devices already enrolled, the installation must be done manually via the "Applications > Deliver Application" menu.
