1) How to Copy Entities
To copy an existing entity, follow the steps below:
- Go to Top Menu > Operation > Entities.
- Click the "Add" button to create a new entity.
- Fill in the required fields, such as Name and Parent Entity, and click Save.
- After creating the entity, locate the new entity in the list and click the "Copy Data" button.
- Select the source entity you want to copy and confirm the operation.
- In the first field, select the entity that contains the settings to be copied.
- In the second field, select the entities that will receive these settings.
1) Copy Policies - After creating and copying the entity data, it is also possible to assign a policy to this entity. To do so, follow the steps below:
- Go to Top Menu > Operation > Policies.
- Click the "Add" button.
- In the window that opens, select the entity to which the policy will be assigned, and then save the changes.
To copy data from an existing policy, use the "Copy Data" button available in the policies menu.
During the copy process:
- In the first field, select the policy that contains the settings to be replicated.
- In the second field, select the policies that will receive these settings.tly.
