To enable Lost Mode on devices running Android 11 or higher, go to Sidebar Menu > Devices and select the desired device.
On the device page, locate the exclamation mark icon in the quick command bar and click on it to activate Lost Mode.
A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to lock the device in Lost Mode. In this window, you can enter contact information in case someone finds the device, as shown in the image below:
Devices with Lost Mode enabled will remain locked and display a custom screen.
If the person who found the device taps the “I found this device” option, the previously entered contact information will be shown, making it easier to return the device — as illustrated in the images below:
Note: Lost Mode is available for devices running Android 11 or higher and for all iOS versions managed by Urmobo.
