If a user encounters issues with their multi-factor authentication and needs to reconfigure their MFA app, it is possible to reset their MFA so the system allows a new setup.
To do this, an administrator must go to the "Management > Users" menu, and on the row of the user to be changed, click the MFA reset button, as shown in the image below:
After confirming the action, the user’s MFA will be reset, and they will be prompted to set it up again at their next login.
